FETRONIC PRESENTATION

2-wire systems are the ones that have dominated the Greek and global market for the last decade. In the 90s, German companies such as Gira, Siedle and others introduced 2-wire technology, which transfers image, sound and information over only 2 wires. Black and white screens, color screens and intercoms in a mixed system.

In the 2000s, Italian factories introduced their own 2-wire systems with many problems, which they tried to fix year after year. Some of these companies fixed it and some closed down, as in their attempt to keep up with the competition they invested a lot of money and as a result they could not cope and others were acquired.

In the 2010s, Chinese companies appeared that proposed 2 cables without polarity. The first Chinese company was the one we brought to Greece in 2008. Ten years ago today we had 2 cable systems from the company Vtec.

Ten golden years for the company, as the Chinese manufacturer managed to design and manufacture models in China for most European company-factories.

Two cables without polarity means convenience for the installer and savings for the customer – end user. The 2-wire technology in video door entry and intercom systems not only covers the need for image and sound from the entrance, but also other capabilities, such as photo and video memory, image – audio transfer and remote door opening via network.

Touch screens and intercoms work with call centers and also provide call forwarding via telephone.
The main thing is that video door entry is no longer a luxury, but an affordable security measure. Fetronic is evolving and modernizing, achieving a steady upward trend in the security systems industry and in particular in video door entry systems.
It offers 2-wire technology systems and more specifically door panels in “special” dimensions, depending on the requirements of each customer. For example, we mention some of the available 2-wire video door entry systems. The INOX 4S ID 2-wire video door entry panel is made of 2mm thick steel and comes with a Standard color camera with a wide-angle lens, with the option to add Access control.

It features infrared LEDs for night vision, unbreakable protective glass, illuminated buttons with blue LED, adjustable camera (up-down-right-left), expansion to 4 inputs, as well as the ability to change the name without opening the door panel, with flush or wall mounting. We should add that all entry panels come with a 170-degree wide-angle camera for better viewing and automatic or manual zoom, have a built-in card reader and the option for access via keyboard, Bluetooth and Wifi. All system events are stored in the cloud.

Finally, registering a new card or deleting an existing card is also done via the smartphone application.
Regarding monitors, the company offers a variety of models, such as the 7″ FC45/NT color video doorphone monitor, which has replaced the FC64 monitor. It comes without a handset, with intercom capability, auto-call capability (so it can have an image and open the door without an incoming call) and hands-free listening function.

Note that the company has replaced the 4″ screens with 7″ screens, at the same price!
With similar capabilities, we will find the FC45 monitor (7″ color video doorphone monitor without handset with built-in memory with a capacity of 160 photos), the 7″ color video doorphone monitor FC45/WM (without memory).

The FC45/WF color monitor with screen and touch keys is also available. This monitor features a latest generation digital menu, digital contrast-brightness adjustment, ring tone selection (15 melodies), intercom, without additional cables, ability to control image and transfer calls remotely via application and memory capacity of up to 800 photos.
