This idea was born when the company’s people noticed that there were many large companies, mainly Italian, which in the past manufactured 4+n video door entry systems and 1+n door phone systems and which over time stopped production or closed, such as the amplyvox factory in Italy, a historic factory since 1954), which Fetronic represents in Greece and continues to support.

One of the advantages of the Universal ART 1001 that makes it different from the competition is the potentiometers for adjusting the microphone and loudspeaker volume, which allows the technician to adjust the volume on the headset and microphone, avoiding any microphony in the installation. Another advantage is that it has a second backup button, which can be used for a second door opening (clinics, offices and other professional spaces).

Finally, most importantly, it is designed and manufactured entirely in Greece. The ART1001 doorphone with handset is perfectly compatible with over 30 doorphone and video doorphone companies.
